Last weekend, we made our annual trek up the road a piece to Lake Seminole for some quality family time……just us and the Unabomber…..it was lovely.
We met up with Maria and her boys (and their beautiful dog) on New Year’s Day to get some family photos to start the new year right!
Everybody wants a Dad that can put you in a head-lock in .000000001 seconds….right?
Sometimes it can be difficult to sum up in a few sentences what a wedding was like…difficult to capture in words the feelings of the day, the couple, the love, the sometimes melancholy yet overarching joy of the event. Hopefully, we make up in photos what we lack in words. Much thanks to Lis and Hunter and their families for making us feel like family, and to Allen Adams Photography and Fristoe Vance Photography for being integral parts in capturing the entire day.
I dare you to try to not love this family……..give up, it’s impossible.
The kids at the Florida Autism Center had their own little Thanksgiving feast thanks to the hard work of one very dedicated FAC Mom…..I helped a little, but she made the magic happen

17 years ago today, I brought this fella into the world. Please accept my apologies….JUST KIDDING…kind of. Life has, of course, never been the same since and I love him dearly and fiercely now and forever.
Once again, Beard Street rocks Halloween. The unofficial Trick or Treater count came in at 1,363.
